Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We do not offer returns except in the case if you receive a broken item or defective item or item other than you ordered.
In case you receive a defective item, we offer you a full refund or exchange the item (depends on availability) after verification of the images. You have to send the images just after you received the order .
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
In the case of refund shipping fee of 80 Rs. will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at meena@kadhani.com and send pic of your item to either our Instagram account by message.
